The 45 series of extrusions is the most frequently used family of products for industrial applications like machine guards, bases, fixtures, workstations, carts and racks.
People like the 45's strength, durability and adaptability. A favorite feature is the 10mm t-slot located along all four sides of the extrusion. The t-slot allows myriad connection options and one of the main attachments means is a t-nut. T-nuts can be inserted anywhere, anytime along the t-slot - they simply drop in then rotate to lock in place while the screw is being fastened. It is fast, easy and strong.
