Here is a practical Work Station Information Board to organize and present work instructions at a work bench or in a work cell production area. The info board is an economical visual device to help you improve visual management and 5S in a variety of production settings.

Use Information Boards to hold assembly sequence pictures, assembly instructions, safety information or standard work for the station. We use an info board near our machining center to show t-slot call outs on various styles of extrusions (see example).

This Information Board has a charcoal gray plastic body. The info board includes a 3 ring binder and one heavy duty transparent sleeve (far heavier than office supply style sleeves) that holds 8.5" x 11" documents in landscape or portrait format. The document sleeves are held in place with bristles to ensure your documents stay put, even in breezy areas.

Mounting hardware included to attach to 10 mm t-slot.

(Additional transparent sleeves are available; 3842539839, in packs of 10 or single sleeves. Each info board can hold up to 18 sleeves with documents.)
